To ensure every client receives the time, attention, and thoughtfulness they deserve, I accept a limited number of new coaching engagements each year. Every engagement is highly personalized and tailored to the individual.

MY APPROACH

A sounding board who will not simply tell you what you want to hear.

My coaching is primarily inquiry-based. I ask direct, thought-provoking questions that help clients examine assumptions, see new options, and arrive at decisions that are authentic to their own leadership style.

​When direct advice is warranted, I offer it. Once a client commits to action, I provide accountability and help troubleshoot obstacles.
