Significant real world experience
For the first 15 years of my career, I excelled at some of the biggest names in finance, real estate, and consulting. I know firsthand what it takes to succeed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Unfortunately, I can also relate to the toll that sustained professional achievement can take on one's health, relationships, and personal life. This real world experience has given me broad perspective, allowing me to better understand, connect with, and serve my clients in pursuit of their goals. ​
Rigorous training
I earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University.

This certification program, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is one of the most highly regarded coach training programs in the entire US.

Completion of the program required 125+ hours of live instruction and training plus significant time dedicated to self-study.
Strict confidentiality and code of ethics
​As a professional coach, I abide by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which sets high standards for integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. All conversations and information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed to.
Highly personalized service offerings
Have you ever run across two people who are exactly the same in all ways and need exactly the same support and guidance? Me neither. That's why all of my services are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. 

Also, as a solo practitioner I am proud to deliver a level of personalized support that can be difficult to find at larger firms. 

My clients always have direct access to me and never have to worry about getting passed off to a junior associate or feeling under appreciated.
